Before joining FocalPoint, Beau spent over two decades in Financial Services. Holding a number of high profile senior leader roles, he built and delivered multiple transformation programs, including $35M of benefits and revenue linked to two major merger and acquisition events and the redesign of the performance framework across 1600 UK retail bank branches and 20 European branches, maximising profitability and increasing performance by 15% - achievements earning merit from the FCA.
Beau's diverse experience and passion for helping individuals and organisations realise their full potential make him an excellent coach. He has been a FocalPoint coach for less than a year, but his skill in improving client experiences and optimising performance has already helped his clients significantly.
